Under the UK-India Education and Research Initiative, there are about 10 PhD Scholarships available for Indians who have excellent academic background to carry out research leading to PhD, DPhil etc in the UK institutions. Applications are welcome from candidates in all disciplines although the majority of the awards are likely to be in areas related to science and technology.
The last date for submission of applications is - 15 October.

Financial Assistance

The scholarships are fully funded including academic fees, international airfare and monthly stipend to cover the living expenses.
